Reminders:
Terminate your insurance if you:
- Have graduated
- Discontinue from school
- Transferring to another school
- Leaving to go on mission
Regarding adding dependents:
If you acquire new dependents because of marriage or the birth or adoption of a child, you may add them or change your plan to add them within the 60 days of this event. If you do not enroll your dependents within this 60 day window, you will have to wait until the beginning of the next academic year (fall semester) to enroll them.
For those with waivers:
Make sure that you have waived insurance online before the deadline set for each semester and term. You can refer to this dates in the Student Health Handbook and look for the page that says “Important Dates”
Remember to renew your waiver online at the beginning of each academic year(fall semester).
For those who have chosen to be enrolled under the family plan online:
You still need to add your dependents by coming to the student insurance office. You need to fill-up the enrollment form to add all your dependents on your plan.
