September 26, 2007 Haar Gets PacWest Honor Jill Haar's hat trick against Northwood led to Pacific West Conference honors Laie, HI—Brigham Young University Hawaii women’s soccer player Jill Haar was named the Pacific West Conference Player of the Week for the week of September 17th for her stellar play in the Seasiders’ 6-1 win over Northwood (TX). Haar scored all three goals in the second half to help BYU–Hawaii break open a game that was tied 1-1 at the half. Haar, a senior forward from Diamond Bar, California, is one of three Seasider co-captains this season and leads the team in scoring with 15 points on seven goals and one assist. She was honored in the pre-season as the PacWest Pre-season Player of the Year.
