Haar All-Region

Laie, HI—Brigham Young University Hawaii women’s soccer player Jill Haar has been named to the 2007 Daktronics All-Far West Region Second Team for her outstanding play for the Seasiders this season. Haar was one of only two Pacific West Conference players awarded regional honors from conference's in the west, with both players being named to the second team.

A senior forward from Diamond Bar, California, Haar served as a captain for the Seasider squad this season and scored 15 goals during BYU–Hawaii’s run to the PacWest title in just the second year of women’s soccer at the school. Haar also racked up seven assists to lead the Seasiders in scoring with 37 points as BYU–Hawaii fashioned a 13-6-1 record for the season and a 10-2 mark in the conference. Haar finishes her two year career at BYU-Hawaii with a total of 24 goals and 13 assists.
