November 20th, 2007 Haar Gets PacWest Honor Jill Haar's 4 goals and 1 assist in the final week helped contribute to her teams conference championship Laie, HI—BYU Hawaii senior forward Jill Haar was chosen PacWest Player of the Week again after scoring four times in two wins during the week of October 22-28 to earn PacWest Player of the Week honors for the second time in 2007. The veteran tallied two goals and added an assist in a 4-1 victory vs. Hawai‘i Pacific. She also came up clutch and scored twice including the game-winning goal in a crucial 2-1 victory vs. Hawai‘i Hilo to help her team win their first ever Pac West title. Haar finished the week with nine points. The senior forward from Diamond Bar, California, was one of three Seasider co-captains this season and led the team in scoring this year with 15 goals and 7 assists in 20 games. She was honored in the pre-season as the PacWest Pre-season Player of the Year.
