Seasiders Second

Turtle Bay, HI—The Brigham Young University-Hawaii men’s golf team finished second today in a three-team match with Hawaii Pacific and Chaminade at Turtle Bay’s Palmer Course. The Seasiders shot a team total of 324 on the par 72 course to trail the Sea Warriors by 11 strokes. Chaminade finished well back of the other two teams at 365.

BYU-Hawaii’s Kyle Kunioka and Brandon Van Dyke shared the best round of the day for the Seasiders with each shooting a 79. Josh Coon came in at 80, Brett Puterbaugh carded an 86, and Neal Manutai shot an 88 to round out the scoring for the Seasiders.

BYU-Hawaii will play again on April 21st as they host the three-day Pacific West Conference Tournament.
