BYU-Hawaii Car Rental Contracts

     National Car Rental

National Car Rental is our primary Church contract vendor for rental cars. The contract rates will apply to rentals that are in whole or in part for the business purposes of BYU-Hawaii. Collision, Damage waiver (CDW) is provided at no additional charge over the contract rates. To book BYU-Hawaii program, the corporate discount number (CD-5420247) must be included in every reservation request. The contract rates will apply to rentals that are in whole or in part for the business purposes of BYU-Hawaii or solely for the personal use of the renter.

     Hertz Car Rental

Hertz is our secondary supplier of rental vehicles. Renters shall be asked to identify themselves at the time vehicle is picked up by showing either their Hertz account sticker or Buyer employee identification. The contract rates will apply to rentals that are in whole or in part for the business purpose of Buyer or solely for the personal use of the Renter. Seller agrees to provode Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at no additional charge over Buyer's contract rates for all Business and Personal rentals.
