The Flex Dollars Room with Club Card Program is a dining option open to juniors and seniors who live in Hales 2-6. This meal plan only uses to give you full flexability of where to eat on campus! The Flex dollars are accessed by using your BYUH student I.D. card and can be spent at the Seasider Snack Bar or The Club Dining Facility.


The Room with Club Card program costs $350 per semester and $250 per term. The cost becomes the Flex Dollars value that can be spent throughtout the semester at the either of the two campus dining locations.

Visit the Housing Office to sign up or switch your plan.

Current Balance
Your account balance is shown on your receipt after each transaction. It’s up to date!

When does my account start?
The funds for your account are effective the first day of your semester/term meal contract and end the last day of your semester/term meal contract.

Using your University I.D.
You must be present to use your card. Visit BYUH Student Activities located in the Aloha Center to receive or renew your ID card. The student Activities office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm, closed on holidays, weekends and devotionals. Lost cards are reissued for a small fee.

Can I add more dollars to my account without meals?
If you are interested in adding funds to an account, you are invited to participate in our program. For more information pick up a brochure at any Food Services cashier or visit www.byuh.edu/services/food/flexplus.htm

*Club Meals are non transferable but are good for your individual use. If you want to treat your guest to the Club Dining Facility, you are invited to use your Flex Follars.
*Club Meals and Flex dollars do not carry over from semester and/or term. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
**Flex dollars are NOT accessible during the blackout period in the Seasider Snack Bar which is 10:30 a.m. to 1:30p.m. Monday through Friday.
***To protect your rights under the Federal Electronic Funds Transfer Act you must notify us of any error in your account within 60 days of the date of the error’s appearance on your account. Contact the Food Service Accounting Office at (808) 293-3573.
