WHEN TO PLACE AN ORDER

Orders must be placed FOUR (4) DAYS in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

In Person
Visit us at the Catering office in the Cafeteria between the hours of 8AM – 6PM, Monday through Saturday.

By Phone
Call 675-3348 during business hours. Orders recorded on the voice mail message are not accepted.

By Email
Email orders to CateringToGo@byuh.edu. Be sure to include your full name, telephone number, and the date and time of pick up. You will receive a reply email as confirmation for your order and payment.

PAYMENT OF ORDERS

Full prepayment is required four (4) days before the date of pick-up. Cash or charge (VISA/MasterCard) payments are accepted at the Catering Office 8am-6pm Mondays-Fridays and 8am-1pm Saturdays. Campus billing will be accepted with the proper authorization and account number. If full prepayment is not received, your order will be cancelled in full.

Taxes
All purchases are subject to 4.167% Hawaii State sales tax. (Authorized campus department purchases are excluded.)

Where To Pay For Orders
Payments are received during business hours at the Catering office: 8AM – 6PM Monday through Saturday.

PICKING UP ORDERS

A pick-up time is required for your order. This time determines when your order will be prepared so you and your guests can enjoy a fresh, delicious meal. We cannot guarantee food quality if you are delayed in picking up your order.

Orders may be picked up between 8AM - 6PM, Monday through Saturday. (Hot Food items are available after 10:00AM.)

If you need to change your pick-up time, PLEASE CALL 675-3348 IMMEDIATELY.

CAMPUS DELIVERIES

Orders may be delivered to any campus location for a $6.00 service charge and with advance reservations. If equipment/supplies are also delivered, please confirm a convenient time with our staff to return for a pick up.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be accepted up to three (3) days before the date of pick-up. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your full prepayment and the remaining refunded to you through the Food Services Accounting Office. Cancellations made after this time is subject to a cancellation fee determined by the Executive Chef and/or Catering Manager.
