Scholarship Requirements:

 

  • Minimum Cumulative GPA 2.5
  • Major: Any
  • Enrolled at BYU-Hawaii for 12 credit hours per semester (6 credits per term)
  • Abide by the Honor Code of the University
  • Hold and have at least 24 semester hours of college-level credits
  • Meet weight, fitness, medical, age, citizenship, Army physical fitness test score and other eligibility requirements

 

Total Amount: Up to $16,000, and 2-4 years worth of books and tuition.

Award Information:

Students are selected for scholarships on a best qualified basis. Recipients must participate in the AROTC program, and successfully complete a field training encampment after selection for a POC allocation. After completing all AROTC program and degree requirements, students will be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Army and serve a minimum of 4 years on active duty.
