Scholarship Requirements:
- Minimum Cumulative GPA 3.7
- Major: Information Systems
- Abide by the Honor Code of the University
- Enrolled at BYU-Hawaii for 15 credit hours or more per semester (6 credits per term)
- Active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Any ethnic origin
- Demonstration of financial need
- Must be a Junior
- Have a graduation plan on file with the academic advisors in the School of Computing

Application forms are also available at the Financial Aid Office located in the Snow Administration Building. Or if you need forms sent to you, use the information at the bottom left hand corner to contact the Scholarship Office.

Notification:
All recipients will be notified by December 1st as to whether they have received this scholarship.
