Federal Aid Grievance Policies & Procedures
When the student experiences the extreme circumstances, he/she can fill out a petition form to seek for help financially. Depend on the student's status, he/she can fill out the petition form for Independent Status, for Special Circumstances, or for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
The form must be filled out and submitted to the Financial Aid Office. For more information, please contact:
