LIABILITY

All schools and individual participants and attendants at the Math Bowl
shall not hold the:

• Hawaii Council of Teachers of Mathematics
• The Hawaii Association of Mathematics
• Brigham Young University-Hawaii
• Or any party/individual connected with the Math Bowl liable

Unless gross negligence can be shown.
