NORBERTO QUIBAN December 2, 1929 Kekaha, HI June 3, 2004 Seattle, WA Norberto Quiban, who was born and raised in the islands, passed away in Seattle, WA, after a stoic battle against the ravages of diabetes. Although Norberto spent many years in the service of his country as well as a civilian away from here, his heart and his spirit remained firmly rooted in Hawaii. It is for this reason, that his family will return his remains to his beloved home for his final rest.
