It is always hard to try and single out one teacher because my experiences at BYU-Hawaii with all my instructors have really shaped the course of my life in the area of wanting to do more to serve my Heavenly Father, through serving others. I recall the struggles that I was having in trying to understand all the components of the English language. I needed to pass English 107 before taking the required English 111w. Dr. Lynn Henrichsen was my hero: He must have seen some potential in me because he was very patient, loving, caring and showed a lot of confidence in me. He was always willing to review things over and over to make sure I understand before moving on to the next assignment. I will forever be grateful to him and all my instructors at BYU-Hawaii for their devoted dedication in serving our student body.
