  PROCEDURE & RULES
  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply for a park permit.
  2. Permit Application is not transferable. User is not authorized to allow others, unrelated or
      not associated with user or user group, access to Laie Park.
  3. Upon receipt of a $100.00 deposit (cash or check) from the user, LCA may issue a key to the User,
      Which provides access to the Property for activities purposes only. The key must be returned upon
      expiration of the use period; and trash must be removed from the Property and not placed in
      Property receptacles. The key assigned to a user must not be duplicated and is non-transferrable.
      Failure to return the key, if issued, or adequately return the Property in a clean condition will result
      in the forteiture of the security deposit.
   4. Please be considerate of the residents around the Property by keeping noise to a minimum lights
       will automatically turn off at 10 pm.
   5. User of the Laie Park must clean up the area. Trash must be removed and disposed of.
       Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of User's deposit.
   6. User and User groups agree to use the Property at their own risk an dwill not hold Laie Community
       Association responsible for any liability, injury, loss or damages sustained by User or Users group.
       LCA makes no representations as to the condition of the Property and hereby notifies the user of
       its immunity from landowner liability under Chapter 520 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes.
   7. While on the Property, User and Users group agree to maintain the law and order, and to
        abide by any other rules set forth by LCA. If the User fails to adhere to any of there rules,
        termination of this agreement will be immediate and automatic, and future access to and
        use of the Property may be limited or denied.
   8. User and User groups will not allow smoking, drugs, alcoholic drinking or kava drinking on
       the property.
   9. User will be responsible for any damage to the grounds and facilities and agrees to pay
        LCA for reimbursements of damages.
   10. Violations of any terms of this agreement will result in the forfeiture of your deposit,
          and may jeopardize your future use of this Property.
   11. User and User groups will furnish their own Paper Tissue for Bathroom Facilities.
